This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Aupaire JSC (“Aupaire,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you use our mobile applications, website and related services (the “Services”). This Policy forms an integral part of the Aupaire Terms & Conditions.
This Policy covers Aupaire, Aupaire Pro, our website and related platform services in Egypt. Aupaire connects customers with independent professionals for childcare, nursing and elderly care. Professionals deliver the booked care services; Aupaire operates the booking, verification, communication and payment-support platform. Personal and health information processed through these features is covered by this Policy.
Our commitment: We do not sell personal data to third parties. We use information to operate and secure the platform, arrange care, support users and improve reliability. Some technical, usage and service information is connected to an account, device or booking. We also use aggregated or anonymized information to understand and improve our services.
We collect information relevant to the Services and the features you use:
We use relevant data to create and authenticate accounts; verify identity and professional eligibility; arrange and manage care bookings; share authorized care information with the assigned professional; support communication and continuity of care; record attendance and feedback; administer fees, payments, refunds and payouts; respond to support requests; prevent misuse; resolve disputes; meet applicable obligations; and diagnose and improve the service.
Search, matching and recommendation features use the preferences and service information relevant to the request. Technical analytics help us understand usage and reliability. Optional promotional communications follow user preferences. Service discovery and generated note summaries support the care workflow; they do not provide medical diagnosis or clinical advice.
We disclose relevant information to the participants and processors required for the feature being used:
The app’s permission and consent controls govern the relevant optional feature.
We use technical and organizational controls appropriate to the data and feature. These include encrypted network connections to our application backend, authenticated access, role/booking-based restrictions, private access controls for care documents, protected authentication storage and audit records. Selected sensitive care-profile fields are encrypted. Access to customer care documents is tied to an authorized booking and assigned professional.
No service can guarantee absolute security. Protection measures differ according to the data and systems involved.
We retain information according to its purpose, account status, applicable fiscal requirements, necessary care continuity and documented legal or dispute holds. Account closure and completing all erasure obligations are separate stages.
You can request deletion without reinstalling the app:
In Aupaire, open Settings → Account Access → Delete account. In Aupaire Pro, open Settings → Account access → Delete account → Continue to delete account. We verify that the request is yours and show its status. A request does not silently cancel an active care visit; outstanding visits, refunds, payouts or disputes must reach a safe resolution. Contact Support@myaupaire.com for assistance.
Under Egyptian law and global best practices, you may:
Requests can be submitted via the in-app Help Center or email: support@myaupaire.com.
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preference storage, fraud prevention and analytics, and for permitted marketing. You can manage cookies in your browser or device settings. Disabling them may affect some features.
Mobile SDKs may use app-instance, device or account-related identifiers for notifications, security, analytics and diagnostics. These are distinct from website cookies.
Matching, search, ranking, performance summaries and fraud controls use automated processes. These features help arrange or support services and do not guarantee a booking, diagnosis or care outcome. Where enabled, Ask Aupaire sends the relevant request to an AI processor for interpretation. Continuity-of-care summaries may use recent professional session notes; those notes can contain personal and health information. Generated summaries can be imperfect and should be checked against the underlying record by the relevant professional.
You may contact Support@myaupaire.com to request human review of a significant automated decision affecting you.
We may revise this Policy from time to time. Future material changes will be notified via in-app messages or email at least 30 days before they take effect. The effective date and last-updated date above identify this revision. Continued use after the applicable effective date constitutes acceptance.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including Law No. 151 of 2020 on Data Protection.
