1. Different tools, a choice that stays yours

AutoMatch uses structured eligibility, service, location, availability and ranking criteria to find relevant professionals. Ask Aupaire uses AI to interpret a care request and support discovery. These are different functions: not every match or platform decision is made by an AI model. Review the profile, service scope, timing and price before confirming a booking.

2. What a recommendation means

A shortlist, match percentage or ranking indicates fit to the available request criteria and data. It is not a safety score, medical assessment, guarantee of suitability or promise of availability. Results can be incomplete or incorrect. Profiles and screening information must be considered in context; the client remains free to compare options and use direct booking where available.

3. No diagnosis or emergency response

AI features must not be used to diagnose, prescribe, decide a treatment, replace a licensed professional or assess an emergency. Do not rely on a generated answer to manage a child-protection or patient-safety incident. Seek the appropriate professional or emergency service and report a concern through the relevant channel.

4. Use only necessary information

Describe the care need without adding unnecessary identity documents, financial credentials or intimate health details. Children’s, health, biometric and other sensitive data require the safeguards and lawful processing conditions in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload another person’s information without authority. Read the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific notice for information about provider access, training use, transfers and retention. Settings and processing can differ by feature; do not assume that all providers handle data in the same way.

5. Fairness, safeguards and review

AI-supported decisions must not be used for unlawful discrimination, exploitation or harmful or unlawful profiling of children. Aupaire’s responsible-use framework calls for proportionate testing, privacy controls, human oversight and review of material adverse decisions. If a result appears discriminatory, incorrect or harmful, report it with the relevant context and ask for review. We do not promise perfect accuracy or zero bias.

6. Questions, complaints and changes

Contact customercare@myaupaire.com or the available in-app support route for an AI concern. Privacy requests follow the Privacy Policy; complaints and appeals follow the complaints process. Material changes require appropriate notice and any legally required consent. Mandatory rights and access to competent authorities remain unaffected.
